Returns
If you are not pleased with your purchase made trough my webshop you can return your item in the original state and packaging. You must reach out within 14 days after you've received your items. Please fill in the contact form or send an email to Info@dagmarscreations.nl . Add the return form that you can find below to your package.
Costum-made purchases made via email or instagram communication can't be returned. If you aren't happy with your custom-made purchase please reach out so we can find a solution. Fill in the contact Contact form or send an email to Info@dagmarscreations.nl .

Repairs
Jewelry repairs, depending on the extent of the damage, are often free for as long as you have your pieces. Please fill in the contact form or send an email to Info@dagmarscreations.nl to discuss the repair. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and additional fees may apply if the repair needs more in-depth work.
